The Emotional Lab is open
What if your emotions weren’t too much — just unheard?
Bonjour,
I’m so excited to finally speak about The Emotional Lab, a space born from love and guided by my mission.
This Lab is for those who carry a quiet awareness… that emotions and intuition are deeply connected.
That there is nothing to fix, just something to feel, observe, and welcome.
That emotional intelligence is not built only by “doing,” but by being, listening, and allowing presence to guide us.
This moment , this place, is part of what I’m here to offer:
A space where you can explore your inner world without the feeling that your emotions are too much, or not enough.
A space where emotions are not obstacles, but openings.
It’s not about feeling calm all the time or avoiding discomfort.
It’s about learning how to be in relationship with your emotions, even when you cry, snap, or shut down.
It’s about observing the patterns.
Meeting your beliefs.
Listening to the subconscious.
And slowly — gently — allowing yourself to live a life that feels emotionally aligned.
I created The Emotional Lab for us:
Sensitive. Thoughtful. Self-aware.
And sometimes overwhelmed by all we carry.
We know how to keep it together.
We know how to care for others.
But do we truly feel safe expressing our own emotions?
It’s also a moment to stop telling yourself what you should have said…
To stop holding back tears in fear it would make things worse.
To stop not knowing what you feel, because you’ve been hiding it for so long.
Because sometimes the nervous system freezes, or you’re always on the edge of breaking down.
Not because you’re broken
But because some emotions were never met, and now you carry the weight of accumulation.
You’re not alone.
There’s no magic solution.
No perfect process to “solve” it all.
But this, this space, is one of the steps.
I’m here to support you in reconnecting to your intuition, so you can find your way.
Because sometimes meditation doesn’t help.
Or journaling.
Or movement.
And that’s okay.
Sometimes you’re just not ready.
Sometimes, it’s not your way.
Mine used to be screaming.
Now, it’s pausing in silence.
You will find your way.
Your answer.
The Emotional Lab is a warm, in-person space to pause, reflect, and reconnect
especially at this time of year, when the seasons shift, school begins, and life starts to speed up again.
It’s not a workshop to fix yourself.
It’s a circle — intentional, quiet, introspective.
And it’s deeply human.
What we explore together:
What you really feel — developing emotional vocabulary.
Because jealousy is not envy. And anger is maybe sadness.
The beliefs behind your reactions — the role of vulnerability.
Why you shut down, why you snap, why it feels unsafe to express.
How emotions connect to your values, boundaries, and confidence
Your feelings point to what matters. Let’s explore that together.
How to feel without guilt — and express without shame
You don’t need to be polished to be powerful.
We’ll move through it with journaling, meditation, and the gentle group coaching tools I use in my private work.
It’s both soft and powerful.
There’s room for your anger.
Your tenderness.
Your joy, fear, grief, and excitement — all at once.
Why I created this:
When I became a mother and launched my business, I felt emotionally pulled in so many directions.
There were days I couldn’t recognise myself.
And I had no space to make sense of it all.
The Emotional Lab was born from that silence.
From the desire to be with what’s real
Not alone, not judged. Just present.
